Weight Watchers: Week Two

If there was a list of ‘things not to do’ the week you start Weight Watchers, then going to a food festival would be right up there.  However, despite tasting olives, cheese, tapenade, cake, cacao sweeties and pastries, plus sitting down to a three course fine dining menu, I still managed to lose one and a half pounds. Phew!  If I hadn’t been so dedicated for the first three days, then this week would have been a write off.  Not to worry, nothing much planned this week except dinner out at a Greek restaurant (eek!). This was the chocolate pave with honeycomb ice cream I polished off on Monday and whilst I didn’t exactly lick the plate, neither did I leave any for Miss Manners! Wish me luck for week two!
